With 15 years experience in amateur and professional athletics having competed in many races I am able to use my training experience in providing an excellent service to different clients.
I am a former high school Tri-athlete and Fitness Improvement Training Through Exercise and Diet [FITTED]. My interest for personal fitness training emerged from working with undeserved populations suffering from obesity and lack of interest in exercise.
I share my passion for designing exercise programs that maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina and develop an overall sense of well being. I am a personable trainer with a desire to train and motivate clients and create an environment where wellness goals are heard, nurtured and executed producing lifetime results.
Self-motivated with formal training in leadership, health, and fitness I aim to get everyone moving.
REPS certified Personal Trainer, REPS certified Fitness Instructor, Kettlebell Instructor, Bootcamp Instructor, Boxing Instructor Level 2, First Aid certification.
