Ballet Boot Camp is the fast paced class which aims to improve your strength, flexibility and stamina whilst instilling the grace and elegance of a ballerina!
The 1 hour class will take you through a series if exercises fusing classical ballet and ballet floor barre with a modern twist.
There is no need to have any dance experience, the class is open to everyone!
