CychoCycle Pay As You Go Indoor Cycling

THE CYCHOCYCLE CONCEPT
FUN, DYNAMIC, TECHNOLOGY DRIVEN
DEDICATED STATIC CYCLE TRAINING CENTRES
IN SW OF LONDON

First and most importantly, the CychoCycle training concept is about fun and enjoyment. If you don’t enjoy it – don’t do it.

Technology is central to the CychoCycle system of health and fitness.

Static indoor cycling offers one of the most effective, safe, injury reduced, fitness enhancing systems of training and exercise available. It is easy to learn and can be as tough or gentle as the CychoCyclist wants it to be.

The Heart Rate Monitoring system allows the CychoCycle coach to ensure everyone in every session gets optimal returns from their exercise effort.

Keiser static bikes – we at CychoCycle spent a great deal of time researching and testing the static studio bikes on the market (there are many!!) but in the end Keiser presented a ‘no-brainer’. It is the smoothest, most aesthetically appealing and quietest (it is whisper quiet!) on the market. The built in monitor for personal performance metrics is also (in our view) the best on the market. The whisper quiet resistance system of Keiser is central to the CychoCycle experience, allowing us to set music and sound levels at the optimal level for motivation and training enhancement (and the optimum is not night club level ear-drum blasting decibels).
