With over twenty years experience working within the health & fitness industry as a fully qualified Personal Trainer and weight management specialist (Trained by Premier International) my aim is to help you achieve your health and fitness goals as quickly and safely as possible.

During your sessions I will be using live heart rate data to ensure we achieve your goals as quickly and as effectively as possible.  You will receive an instant email after each session giving you information on how many calories you burnt, how hard you worked, your maximum and average heart rate readings and the duration of the session.  This information gives us an excellent visual measure of just how well you are doing and what we need to be doing during the next session to keep you on track.

I can offer you One to One training sessions, or if you prefer to train with a friend or two, Small Group training sessions.  I limit the number to four per session to make sure I can still guarantee results for each and every participant.

If you prefer to train alone or are looking for a lower cost option, I also offer a Program Only service where, after an initial free consultation, either in person or on the phone, I will create you your personalised program based on your goals, for you to work at as and when convenient to you.  We catch up weekly, via telephone/e-mail to see how you are progressing and make any adjustments needed to ensure you are on track and on your way to reaching all your previously agreed targets.

When and where we train is entirely up to you, I come to you which of course saves you on travel time and expense, but if you prefer you are more than welcome to choose another location to suit you.

I am currently based in Taplow, Berkshire but thanks to my Program Only service and with the aid of FaceTime/SKYPE I can train people anywhere!  Areas I cover locally are:  South Bucks, Berkshire and West London. Villages locally: Taplow, Maidenhead, Windsor, Beaconsfield, High Wycombe, Marlow, Amersham, Chesham, Henley, Burnham, Slough and all surrounding towns and villages.

My aim is to help you reach your goals as quickly and as safely as possible but I also make sure we have a lot of fun along the way. It is much easier to stick with something you enjoy!

    I trained with Julia for over 5 years and enjoyed every minute of it! Julia really listened to what I wanted and knew exactly how to go about achieving it. As I was a busy professional travelling all over the world I needed to keep myself fit and healthy as well as addressing my energy levels to make sure I was feeling as energised as possible no matter what time zone I was in.
    Going to a gym can be great but training with Julia got me the results I wanted much faster than I was expecting and also taught me how to exercise correctly and safely so I could continue my workouts even when I was training alone.
