We are all different. I love that! I have been both a busy marketing professional and a full time mum of two and ALWAYS had a passion for fitness. Mojo brings both that passion and life experience together to coach and inspire others. Deciding to improve our physical activity and ability can be so exciting for some of us, while others may find the prospect rather daunting. Whichever way we feel at the start, we are all capable of achieving our goals, with the right support and motivation.
Whether you want to lose weight and tone up, improve technique and progress your current level of fitness or get training support for a specific event you want to take part in. You CAN do it. Keeping yourself fit, healthy & looking good, shouldn’t be a chore. It should be a lifestyle choice which gives you self-satisfaction, the feeling of achievement and the peace of mind that you’re doing something positive & productive for the wellbeing of your body and mind.
What we can offer you:
Monday – Saturday: Mojo Fitness offers private one on one sessions, partner sessions or Group Buddy Training (3-10 people). I am licensed to train clients in the beautiful Marble Hill Park or train indoors at The Training Works, St Margaret’s in Twickenham, (a luxury boutique style gym).
Qualifications and other useful information:
REPS LEVEL 3 Personal Trainer (Fully Insured and First Aid Certified)
Specialising in Circuits, HIIT training, Cardio, Bodyweight exercise and Core stability using a variety of equipment to keep it interesting!
