Whether you require sports specific strength and conditioning or a fun and effective programme to get your body ready for the beach we offer fully bespoke exercise and nutrition plans to make sure that you get the results you deserve.I operate from a beautiful personal training base in Caversham which is situated on the bank of the River Thames. This offers a picturesque environment to train in with state of the art equipment and both indoor and outdoor facilities. I am also fully mobile and offer home personal training sessions with a mixture of fantastic, functional equipment (including TRX, kettlebells and VIPRs).
I have experience working with clients personally on a one to one basis, as well as experience working with large groups of athletes due to my background in rugby coaching. I offer extremely individual and specific personal training sessions, highly motivated group sessions and fun and exciting boot camps and classes.
