Zumba Happy

Hi I’m Tess, thank you for visiting my site and taking the time to find out about Zumba Happy!

I have always loved to dance, I still do.  As I have grown up and had a family, the time to fit in as much “dance fun” as possible has become limited, until I found Zumba!!  The music, the moves, and the uplifting feeling, all at a time that suited me!

Zumba, gives everyone the ability to dance, have fun, and do themselves good at the same time.  Embracing the attiitude of “dance like no one is watching” to the max!!  It is truly a feel good atmosphere, with incredible tunes and moves to make you smile and leave you feeling exhilarated for the rest of your day.

Everyone can have a go at Zumba, and SHOULD, at whatever level.  It doesn’t matter if you have “two left feet”, “can’t dance” or think you’re not fit enough, Zumba caters for everyone and each person benefits in their own way.
Being able to share a feeling of wellbeing and virtue on a daily basis is something that my classes pass on and share as well.

Come and join me and the party, and wiggle your way to HAPPY!  I look forward to meeting you!
